    Doesn't work because it's not a zip.

Currently using the RPD Urban without sleeves. For those trying to get it working, UNZIP the file, then open it. If you see a folder called "natives" then it's fine. Back out to the main folder itself, then open up Fluffy's Mod folder (RE2R>Mods) and then drag said file directly into that.

Launch Fluffy MM and reread mod archives if you need. When you load in, check the models. If you see the outfit itself has swapped but still see the Bandana...don't panic. Its working. Load into a save file as Claire, and the bandana is gone. Random thing I've noticed with a lot of RE mods where the model viewer of the characters don't fully update and show. Just took the following screenshot minutes ago. Ignore how Claire isn't looking at the camera. She's being shy.

THIS WORKS 100%= Unzip the file, open the file, drag "Claire - RPD [whatever color you chose]" folder DIRECTLY into the "mods" folder of Fluffy Manager. That's it, you're done.

For some reason, the "drag and drop" technique doesn't work with this file so you have to manually put it into Fluffy's "mods" folder. I'm assuming it doesn't work because it's not a "rar" file.

the reason it doesnt work is because its a folder within a folder, it wont work like that. go into the  Claire - RPD (blue)-653-1-0-1602417026  folder and move the Claire - RPD [blue] folder into the RE2R folder in fluffys mod manager.

Don't waste your time. This simply just doesn't work anymore. Converted it to a rar file, dragged into the manager. It gets placed in the mods folder but simply doesn't show up in the manager to use. I've done everything right and it simply doesn't work. Super dissapointed really wanted this mod.

It works fine, don't put it in a rar. Just extract the .zip and put the skin folder in the Fluffy Manager mods folder.

Doesn't seem to be working for me at all
    I have tried:
    1. extract folder - put folder in mods - activate in fluffy - nuffn
    2. take out next folder - put that folder in mods - activate in fluffy - nufn
    3. convert original zip to rar - put rar in mods - activate in fluffy - nufffn
    4. take out last folder - zip - convert to rar - put rar in mods - activate in fluffy - nuffffn
    5. that and the original folder - activate in fluffy - nuffffffn

What is the fix that most people here seem to know?

Hey, I liked the mod, but now I'm done with it and no matter what I do, I can't remove it. Can someone please tell me how to get rid of this? I installed a long time ago and don't even remember what i did.

Extract the rar file and drag the actual "Claire - RPD [Color]" folder into the mods folder.

    Worked for me.
