I want to say 2 things, first this is a great mod the gun looks perfect and the sound is good too. Two, there is an issue that really bothers me. Clairs hand glitched through the gun and it looks absolutly stupid.

Is it possible to replace the CQBR in RE3 with the LE 5? Or to exchange the shotguns etc? I didn't found such mods for RE3 so far. Of course there are some nice weapon replacers for RE3, but suprisingly no guns from RE 2 (or I overlooked them). But you managed to swap several guns between RE3 and RE2.
This mod has a red dot sight, although an actual red dot won't be shown, but the holographic sight on it has a red crosshair and dot. It also comes with an attachment for a red dot sight. https://www.nexusmods.com/residentevil22019/mods/429

Near perfect; having the firearm’s sound FX would be masterful - but that’s /not/ a complaint by any means.

It's a seperate texture and cannot be combined without increasing the file count. Needs to be the same as the original model.
