On the one hand I hate mods that change Claire's face, like there's something wrong with her. On the other hand at least this looks plausibly like a real person.
Yeah. That's also why you see people saying the nose is too big. Because she doesn't have absolutely perfect proportions. The reason we like it is the thing that those people don't.
I can't get this mod to show up. I even disabled all other mods but nothing. She's supposed to have brown eyes with this, right? I only see her regular face with blue eyes. Any help?
Did you tried to change outfit via menus? Some mods only work at one outfit. For example, to play my mod (Daniel Diaz) need to choose Clair Noir outfit.

But if you wanna use that mod with my mod than you have to overwrite the head mesh file of that mod with my mesh file(from my main file) manually.
