Simply extract the two .rar files itself from this folder..

"Art Deco - W-870 Shotgun.rar"
"ArtDeco Upgrades for the shotgun.rar"

Don't extract the contents from either or .rar files



Drop both .rar files into..

"Fluffy Manager 5000/Games/RE2R/Mods"

activate the mods in Fluffy and you're set.
