Info:
-It doesn't change the weapon damage.
Install it by using Fluffyquack's mod manager.
If it's not working, you can try to uninstall all mods then select the "re-read game archives" option. After that, try to install the mods again. See if it worked.
Issues:
-The laser sight doesn't work.
