   I found a fix for this mod just downgrade the game 
   and download the old fluffy mod manager

    Ok, thank you verry much, the mod work verry good, indeed we must have all the dlcs for it works, it was not working for me because I did not have the 98 costume, and I download it and the mod work.

    I must be doing something wrong, I do install it via Fluffy, but the game just freezes at "Checking for DLC content" screen and I have to Ctrl+Alt+Delete and close the game.

       yes, the same for me, so I dropped the mod, I waited 10 minutes for nothing while I have the DLC.
