If the mod doesn't work for you please double check that it is loaded in the ReShade addons tab, try launching the game with all overlays (NVIDIA, RTSS, Steam, etc) disabled, and try playing with all other mods disabled
Ehm, by "DX12 only", you mean to use this on rt_branch only right? Or you mean, I can also use this on dx11_non_rt branch, but change the API from DX11 to DX12.
unfortunately the game uses driver API for HDR which forces fullscreen, I was able to get borderless fullscreen through specialk's fakefullscreen mode but that was also resulting in FMV's breaking. I'm not sure about specialk compatibility with lsfg lossless scaling though.
The renodx tab doesn't show up for me for some reason. Is that how it's supposed to be this time? For any other game that I've tried RenoDX on, there'd be a separate tab to configure various settings (RE4 included).
some dx12 games break when I try to add sliders to them. RE2, 3, 7, and village all have this issue. Since there are no sliders I just hardcoded all the fixes to gamma/tonemapping as well as the LUT black floor scaling. Since the game already has a peak and paper white sliders in the game I was just able to hook into those.

Edit: My bad I did the RT update and noticed a real difference.
Or you mean, I can also use this on dx11_non_rt branch, but change the API from DX11 to DX12.
