It's really fun to play the game with the og ost remixed like this I think it would be better without the vocal part on the main hall theme but that's just me, overall this is really good
And thanks for remixing "fearful is no word for it" and "maximize your survival instinct"
edit : I have a bug though, during 4th survivor, maximize doesn't start once I reach the RPD, there's just no background music at all
How does one actually mod the music in this game? I've been wanting to make a mod that mixes and matches tracks from the classic and remake OSTs since the game came out but I have no idea how. :S
Glad someone finally did this. I had been thinking about doing the same for years now. While I think the mixing and MIDI programming can be a bit too barebones sounding (On some of the drier tracks with less reverb and space. The ones with more reverb mixed in with the stereo stage samples sound a lot better.) it's overall great and the kind of thing Capcom should've included to begin with FFS. Thankfully they learned with RE3R and instead of completely throwing out the original soundtrack they arranged it so it was a mix of new and all of RE3's iconic themes intermixed.
You should add a link to just download FLACs of this please!!! So it can be preserved amongst the VGM Fan community!
I was about to point out the same, glad I checked the comments first. The track that plays to me is the second theme from Hunk's scenario, "Maximize Your Survival Instinct."

What I love are the two sewer themes. Coming from a Roman Catholic background, the music sounds and feels like an old Gregorian Chant! Love it!

Here is a download link to the full project.
Best regards,

I'm not quite sure how I would go about doing that. Feel free to add me on discord and I can send you the tracks if you'd like.

Yeah, I'm aware of this bug. Unfortunately, unless there's a way to swap track 0 and 1 with eachother, I can't see a way of fixing this sadly.
