Edit: I assume you're playing Zero in French as well? The R logo shouldn't be displayed actually.
Do you know what this "Textype=" value is exactly? I would assume that it's what ARCtool thinks the compression algorithm is?
I'll upload a fixed version ASAP, for this mod as well as its BioHazard 1 HD counterpart (with proper credits of course). I'm really, really grateful, thank you!
According to this post, 24=FORMAT_BC3_UNORM_SRGB, and 43=FORMAT_BCX_YCCA_SRGB.
Presumably the flag was set incorrectly for the Japanese version of that texture, and for whatever reason only the ROW version is effected? I suppose the important thing is that it works now xD
(Tho i'll admit that i am curious what the altered files would do to the Japanese version...)
Seems like ROW versions uses title_us.arc and the EU/US uses title_eu.arc - hence why it worked on my end but not on everyone's.
Still, I'm glad that issue is now gone. The fixed version is up, and should work with every version this time. I'd be (extra) grateful if you could give the new ones a spin, just to be sure. It works on my end but I don't have a ROW release to test it out.

I am aware of that issue, but I'm still unsure as to what causes it exactly. It seems like the japanese files work a-ok with the EU/US versions, but not LATAM or ROW versions. It would help if you could tell me which version of the game you are using. Namely, the region in which you live and/or purchased the game (EU, US, JP, South-America aka LATAM or Rest-of-the-world aka ROW). Also, if you tried my RE to BH mod for RE1HD, do you have the same problem or not?

My subscription should be ROW as I'm from Central America.

I have my language set to spanish.
I've used the Fluffy Manager 5000 to install both mods (each at a time).
Intro Movie plays well
Biohazard's voice plays well
The only problem is the greenish look in both mods

If it cannot be solved, I'll just use the default title screen.
Sadly the Korean user below (thanks for reading up the comment before posting & doing the same steps that I asked him, that saves a lot of time) didn't anwser though so I don't know if it's fixed for him or not. I did do a mistake by mixing character and leech version, but that's the third time someone has this issue and it ONLY happens with RE0.
Okay so I gave it a quick look to the files you sent late night yesterday, and while I saw a couple files different than the ones in the EU release, when I tried them on my version they worked perfectly. I tried using Spanish as a language and yeah, your files worked perfectly on my end.
Let's fix this together; I'm going to send you my vanilla files, you let me know how it goes alright? This should help me pin-point the issue.

Don't worry if the intro video doesn't show the Biohazard logo, I have removed them to save space in case you have a data cap. We know they work anyway!

I`m korea user, maybe steam code is asia key. and resolution is 1920x1080, before 'bh hd re', '6', revelation' all previous modes will working on overwritten.

This is a bit strange, especially if my previous BH6/Revelations/BH:HD were working (oh and I have a Revelations 2 version as well but Nexus doesn't have a page for it yet). The asian release has it own files, which are not present in the EU/US one and vice versa, so maybe this is why it doesn't work for Korean. Unfortunately I don't have a full asia release, a kind fellow modder provided the files I needed so I'll have to ask you to check a few things for me:
Could you go in the game folder, then nativePC\arc\ui and tell me if you have a file named "title_kor.arc" or something similar?
Also in nativePC\arc\ui there should be a folder named "Asia". If it is there, is there a "title_kor.arc"?
If you play in english, can you make sure to set the language of the game in Steam to english (right click on the game in your library > languages tab > english) as well as in the game's setting?
Are the intro video & voice call properly replaced?
Did you try installing the mod with Fluffy's mod manager? It's really simple to use and makes backups automatically. Your manual installation shouldn't cause the problem, it's just to be sure.

ROW stands for "Rest Of the World", so your release is indeed different than the EU/US or Asia.
Can you upload your default "Title_us.arc", "Title_eu.arc" and "credit_re.arc" to something like Mega or Mediafire so I can take a look at them please? It seems as though they are just using a different texture compression method, so it should be easy to fix and make a separate download for the ROW release.
Does the Biohazard voice plays properly when you hit Start game?
Also, when you launch the game, let the intro movie play until the end - it should have the Biohazard logo at the very end of it. If one of those two things doesn't work, let me know and I'll see how I can fix it :)

The intro movie works very well (has bihazard logo and voice).
The biohazard voice plays well on the title screen.
The only problem is that the title screen color is green.

It turns out I just did a stupid mistake. I forgot to replace one file in the Leech version... It's fixed, it should work now. Please let me know if everything works.
