It's a Texmod, you can store the .TPF files anywhere you want. Download Texmod: http://www.fileplanet.com/205418/download/Texmod-v0.9b
- Open it; - On "Package Mode", click on "Target Application" and select the game's .exe; - Now click on the little folder icon above the red X and select the .tpf files; - Click "Run" and the game will start, using the modded textures.
As the name suggests, Texmod can only mod textures, it can be used on pretty much any game, in some, like Mass Effect, it causes a few visual glitches on the UI, nothing major. It can also have problems with On-Screen-Display programs like MSI Afterburner, it has to be turned off to use Texmod, here at least.
You think you could do something about the camera? In combat it zooms out and works perfeclty, but when 'exploring' it's so zoomed in and even difficult to manouver it, making hard to look for collectables and sometimes even to just follow the main path.
No, in order to edit the camera, need to disassemble the game resources, which is a lot of work. In fact all the mods here is change textures (even No Grain).
Nice, just like "Flawless Widescreen". ^~ Don't have the game installed at the moment to test, what exactly does it do to the FOV? ?? "-Overrides FOV to stick on Y axis." ??
Can it be altered by finding the file in the "FOV Override" section?
// As far as I'm concerned, Film Grain, Motion Blur & Depth of Field are in 99% cases no more than just a god-awful attempt to conceal poor performance, bad texture filtering and aliasing on lousy consoles that only really make picture worse and give you a headache.

Bindings=(Name="F10",Command="FOV 80",Control=False,Shift=False,Alt=False)
into:
[Install Folder]\Remember Me\Engine\Config\BaseInput.ini
With this, pressing F10 in game will set FOV to 80 (other keys and FOVs done same way).
e.g. I use this to look around efficiently:
Bindings=(Name="F9",Command="FOV 60",Control=False,Shift=False,Alt=False)
Bindings=(Name="F10",Command="FOV 80",Control=False,Shift=False,Alt=False)
Bindings=(Name="F11",Command="FOV 100",Control=False,Shift=False,Alt=False)
Bindings=(Name="F12",Command="FOV 120",Control=False,Shift=False,Alt=False)
