Underweight Body for Arthur Morgan

Arthur's Underweight Body is still by default pretty sole (mostly noticeable is his huge arms, shoulders and wide chest), this is an attempt to tone it down a bit. Created this for my personal usage as a band-aid solution to neck seams since I like to plug-in different head models on Arthur's body but if someone else finds this useful then cool.
