Dear fellow outlaws,
I upscaled the videos by 200% because I got tired of seeing those blocky smeared PS4 era videos in the menu and game. Immersion breaking stuff if you ask me. Upscaled with the help AI to look sharp and dithering is minimal but not perfect.
I tested it on my 4K OLED and it looks decent given it's file size and that quality is wasted by converting back to Bink format but leave a comment and let me know how it looks for you. Files are broken down by category so pick and choose whichever videos you want replacing or download all of them. Future plans include more cutscenes and possibly the theater/cartoon videos which you watch in-game. 8K?
Yours sincerely,
WickedHorseMan
PS: Much obliged if you were to leave a kind endorsement
Instructions: Requires Lenny's Mod Loader. Extract each zip and put the "movies_0" folder inside the "replace" folder of lml. Create the "replace" folder if you don't already have it.
Folder structure should look like this: "Red Dead Redemption 2\lml\replace\movies_0\movies\..."
