The mod and the model were both made without the help of artificial intelligence. The model was slightly modified and is under the Creative Commons Attribution license. Model made by ESO, published for free on sketchfab.com
Installation:
1 - Extract the contents of the compressed file to an empty folder
2 - Move the folder to your LML
3 - Launch the game in Single Player mode and then open your favorite mod menu; for me, Rampage works well
4 - Disable all components of the Player (this option is usually under the Wardrobe tab)
5 - Enable the police badge (the one from Chapter 3)
