Tested with GT 1030 + i3 3220, playable but didn't check FPS
to install, copy the file system.xml to your user's Documents/Rockstar Games/Red Dead Redemption 2 folder and set the file to read-only
to change the config to use Vulkan(slight performace improvement):
find 'DX12' in the config file and replace it with 'Vulkan', set it to read-only again after changing
