merges the weapons.ymt from w.e.r.o compatability patch for whyems dlc with tommy gun.

so i went in and made the w.e.r.o weapons.ymt work with tommy gun mod the wepons.ymt was the whyems patch from wero author so it works with the any of whyems dlc version like rdo and eee merge
to install move the weapons.ymt into either whyems or wero
if u put it in wero whyems should be over wero in your mod list in the modmanager and vise versa with if you put it in the whyems dlc folder and the weapons.ymt inside of whyems is located at whyemsdlc/item_refrence
