Converts the Rolling Block Rifle into a Musket variant, as well as restores the beta Rolling Block scope

MUSKET ROLLING BLOCK RIFLE
- This mod replaces the Rolling Block Rifle
- Fully customisable, as in the engravings and carvings are unaffected by my modifications
- Restores the beta Rolling Block scope that Rockstar took away from us in the name of console hardware optimisation (presumably so that all the scoped weapons would share the same generic scopes)
- That's about it really. This was commissioned by spanishtango (Discord) and he gave me permission to upload it here.
