Adds the unused undershirt to The Summer Gunslinger for use with Arthur.

Small mod that adds the unused undershirt to The Summer Gunslinger for Arthur. Was probably a beta version akin to the bigger Duster coat. Replaces the Alligator Tooth Talisman.
Clipping is to be expected, this is an unfinished and ultimately abandoned game asset. I MIGHT update this mod in the future to alleviate the clipping but right now it's only present in the cuffs and (at least in my opinion) pretty unobtrusive.
This mod uses QoL's scriptpardata as a base for the edits I made. However, I've included a text file in the mod to explain how you can add it to your own scriptpardata if you use an alternate one. If you're using QoL it's drag and drop.
