Allows the HD textures used at 1440p and higher to be used at all resolutions!
Like similar mods such as Higher Resolution Content by Energidaan, this mod allows the HD textures to be used at all resolutions however this mod does what the other mods don't. This mod allows the High res TB textures and High res vegetation textures to load without the need for streaming ytd files!
