If you answered "Yes" to these questions. Then No Worn Weapon Pickups might just be for you
This mod prevents you from unintentionally picking up worn weapons dropped by enemies.
It does NOT effect special weapons, knives, hatchets and guns found throughout the game world. You’ll still be able to collect those as intended.

Disabled pickups of all commonly dropped weapon types
Removed the item glow of the dropped weapons
I strongly recommend pairing this mod with the No Auto Ammo Pickup mod.
It's not required, but it complements it perfectly
Since this mod disables the ability to pick up dropped weapons, there’s one minor drawback:
If your weapon is knocked out of your hands by an enemy, you won’t be able to retrieve it from the ground directly.
However your weapon will automatically reappear in your inventory when you go near your horse
