A simple edit to speed_volumes.meta to disable the speed limiters within towns, or bridges, and train tracks when on horseback. This does not affect on-foot movement, such as in camp or when inside of interiors.
Simply drag the "Speed Limit Remover" folder from inside the zip file into the LML folder inside of your RDR2 Directory.
