Speed up the annoying slow zoom in/out and pan speed on the map

Fast Map Zoom
Increases the speed of zooming and panning while in the map, because it's too slow and I hate it
Adjustments
If you'd like to tweak the values to your liking, open the ymt file in a text editor and edit the following values (the defaults are commented in the file):
ZoomInRateAtMin
ZoomInRateAtMax
ZoomOutRateAtMin
ZoomOutRateAtMax
PanSpeedMax
For use with Lenny's Mod Loader
Extract the contents to your root Red Dead Redemption 2 directory
