This is a Reshade for Vanilla Visual Plus comes with 3 different versions
Tutorial for custom merge with whyem rain and VESTIGIA or any other mod that has weather.xmls

you may need to adjust your saturation in game with the technicolor2 filter i have mine little lower that's just how i like mine
The Vanilla Visual Plus mod is very beautiful and very customizable in this Reshade it comes with a custom Visual.dat file that has my custom day and night brightness

1: Default just my normal everyday use of the reshade
2: C,HDR+ this does what the name implies more HDR and contrast
3: Vanilla a default looking version that does not use HDR unlike the other 2 and is more like the Vanilla game

How to Merge the Files together
Whyem Rain:
since the rain in V.V.P is ok i decided to use whyem rain mod all that is needed is after installing Vanilla Visual Plus download rain open up option 1 on it then open ground folder then go into Visuals folder open Precipitation drag and drop next for the drops go in and open option 3 in rain then drops drag and drop
Vestigia Weather or any other Weather mod:
for Vestigia download it any version works open up the global folder you will find 4 weather xml files drag and drop them into weather folder of Visuals then find my install.xml and drag and drop in main folder
For any other mod that has Weather same thing but if it does not have the temconfig dont use my install.xml since its meant for mods that have that tempconfig.
Particles:
Download and drop in lml folder put below V.V.P on load order
EGO:
this is included in this reshade same thing for particles drag and drop in lml but for load order put above V.V.P in load order
