Adds ambient cowgirl that stray off roads + female passengers

Just a small script that adds cowgirls (female riders), they can stray off roads and ride in the wilderness adding a little more variety to the paths, also adds passengers to the horses of male peds, mostly prostitutes and common townfolk. The script spawns them once every 2 real-life minutes when it finds a valid coordinate so it's not a super common event.
Since this is not editing any meta files, it's compatible with other mods that adds cowgirls to the game.
Installation:
Put "AmbientCowgirls.asi" in your game directory.
