This is a save right at the beginning of Chapter 2, absolutely nothing has been done other than the following:

- Received the request from Pearson to fetch him a rabbit, this'll get you the notorious Denim Hunting Jacket.

I've also added a few quality of life changes:

- Dark Bay Turkoman (Level 4 Bonding) in place of the default horse you get (the Dark Bay Turkoman is unattainable until the Epilogue, this'll also save you having to go through the process of levelling your horse up).

- Maxed out the levels of Health, Stamina and Dead Eye (again, this is to save you from going through the process of levelling them up).

- Chapter 1 Closed Winter Coat in your saved outfits (impossible to attain after Chapter 1, even with glitches).

- Every single weapon is available to purchase from the Gunsmith from the very beginning (a lot of the coolest weapons in the game aren't unlockable until you're already deep into the game, this'll save you having to wait).

Absolutely nothing has been done outside of this.

Bonus:

- All exclusive content has been unlocked (Special Edition Content, Pre Order Content and GTA V Double Action Revolver).
