This is a tattoo mod for Arthur giving him a large chest tattoo that I totally didnt rip from gta 4 lolz

Its a crude prison style chest tattoo for Arthur, ripped it from Mikail Faustin from gta 4
Shoutout to drownjrdrown, I retraced his footsteps to make this. I like tattoos and wanted something immersive for a dirty outlaw cowboy so hope you like it
To install just unpack the .zip into lml\stream
This is my first mod so if it doesn't show up at any point let me know I will try fix it
