Hey, I don't know if you still check this mod but I was wondering if something could be off with the coding for the sabinos or anything? I have other horses from other mods that are doing fine but for some reason these models are bald and I can't seem to fix it. Otherwise they're gorgeous!
there is probably something wrong with your online assets, both this mane and tail model require online assets to be accessible. Are you using alexander blade’s scripthook?
So i was playing around combining this mod's parts with default ones, and figured that it's caused by changing mane's textures to multicoloured ones, while using mane that does not support multicolouring. For example, some of Dun versions use 0xFA0208CC (multicoloured texture) with unkempt mane (normal model). Same with tail. I'm not sure how author made them work for screenshots, as .ymt swapping guide states that it's impossible... Maybe some version of script hook allowed that?
all the manes support every texture, even the multiplayer ones. If they don't show up then the online assets are not fully unlocked for the game. I recommend using the latest asi loader (version.dll) to get them to work. Don't use online content unlocker as it has some bugs.
Hi. I love mustangs, but unfortunately when I spawn a horse through rampage trainer, my game just freezes and crashes. I upload them through your mods folder. Is there a solution to this problem? (I changed the name of the ymt file, but it didn't help)
Did you find a solution? I've read that switching to Vulkan works, but the problem is Vulkan doesn't work with RDR2 anymore. I can't even launch the game when I switch to Vulkan lol.
This might be a dumb question, but am I able to just use the WhyEms dlc without getting the merge, or do I need to get the merge for these coats to show up?
Great mod! I have a question about the appaloosa coats. They still use the mustang model, correct? I assume that's the case, since the appaloosa horse breed isn't mentioned in the mod description anywhere.
Hii! Sorry if this isn't the right question to answer here, but some of the texture files overwrite with some other horse coat mods. I'm pretty sure it bugs out with the other coats and it makes them look different. I'm not sure how it works, but why does this happen and how can I fix this? (if it's possible) Sorry for the trouble!
Horse mods replaces textures and horse data (ymt's), it is not possible to add more than what is already in the game. Ymt's changes color data and components such as mane, horseshoes etc, and the horse model itself. The texture ID's for head and body are also specified in the .ymt, wich links to the ytd files. Some horses share the same texture file, meaning it may change more than one horse when the ytd's are added in. Some horse mods only change the vanilla coat, so no ytd's are accompanying the mod, wich easily can cause issues if a later installed mod adds custom textures wich are also used by that vanilla edited horse. Conflicts are bound to happen with mods, if you have too many at the same time I'd recommend doing a clean install so you know exactly what you've put in there :)
