About this mod

Guys, I'm no a pussy here, but cacti are dangerous!

Requirements
Permissions and credits
Cactus vegetation is able to deal damage to you and your horse; the damage you get depends on how fast you were moving.

There are 4 types of cactus in RDR2 world: prickly pear (flat ones), saguaro (columnar ones), joshua tree & cholla. The joshua trees don't deal damage.

Now, the cholla is designed to deal huge instant damage + continuous damage effect and other unpleasant things (can be toggled off; the duration can be adjusted). That thing you don't want to touch with your horse as well.

NB! Be careful in The Heartlands!

Bush Trip. This feature is for those who wants to trip over vegetation and then have their ass eaten by a crocodile. Enjoy!

Thickets, bushes, or even a random isolated bunch of nature are now able to make you hit the ground if you're rushing too fast through them.

120 vegetation assets are affected: they were all selected reasonably.

Known issues:
- Scale of cactus isn't considered: you can get a huge amount of damage even from really small instance (once again, THE HEARTLANDS!)
- If the instance of cactus is broken even slightly (e.g, with sniper rifle), there'll be no damage on colliding with it
- Sometimes character/horse doesn't cry on colliding cactus
- Sometimes tripping over doesn't look natural: not diving forward but like getting pushed from side

Notes:
Cactus feature affects Player & Horse when mounted by Player.
Bush feature affects Player only.

The mod is really flexible: toggle on/off for missions, the damage modifiers with 3 levels of severity (for each core), trip chance etc; check the screen of .ini
