Every single member (except for arthur and epilogue John) is replaced by freaky weird NPCs. For example, Dutch is now the Mysterious Stranger, Micah is a Vampire, John is bertram and so on. They work in story missions too. Some gang members have voice changes, so like john sounds like bertram now (cursed)
