A save file at the beginning of Epilogue free roam with a blank compendium and zero completed Stranger Mission/Bounties/Challenges.

Experience it all as the Terror of Beecher's Hope!
As of ver. 1.1 I've also wiped the map so you can discover it on your own as John.
Edit: 2.0 is a complete redo of the Arthur playthrough with nothing extra bought, crafted or hunted except for story purposes. This should resolve the issues some were having with creating certain legendary outfits.
I dodged as much side content as possible as Arthur, play him as High Honor and completed all his high honor side quests.
INSTALLATION
In the folder: Documents/Rockstar Games/Red Dead Redemption 2/Profiles
There's a folder made up by a string of numbers your gonna want to put the file into that numbered folder.
If the Rockstar Launcher asks about cloud save conflicts or anything tell it to prefer the local save file.
