If anyone is having trouble with the scroll wheel not working like I was, you have to rebind the next weapon and previous weapon keybinds to the mousewheel.
The .ini file has some settings to deal with this. The default settings seem adequate to not cause this kind of problem, but I haven't played with this part yet.
Great mod. My only issue is that I just want to get rid of light run altogether. I want to either be in a fast walk state or a full sprint by holding shift.
In 3rd person if i set SHIFT_TAP_ENABLED=1 to 0, I can no longer hold the shift key to sprint.
in 3rd person if I keep SHIFT_TAP_ENABLED=1 but set SHIFT_TAP_LIGHT_RUN_ENABLED=0 it actually doesnt even work. I can still tap shift and it will light run. And sprint works too. In 1st person this works as expected.
in 3rd person if i set KEEP_CUSTOM_SPEED_AFTER_STOPPING_MODE=2 this works as expected. I am light running or sprinting and when i tap shift, it puts me back in fast walk because i have set REMEMBER_FAST_WALK=1. In 1st person, it doesnt put me back to fast walk. It defaults back to normal speed walk. EDIT: I solved the third issue by setting DISABLE_AUTO_RUN_IN_FIRST_PERSON_CAMERA=0. I had found this setting initially useful when i had different settings but now it doesnt seem needed anymore for a smoother 1st person experience with my current settings.
EDIT2: I recommend everyone also grabs First Person Walk Fix to make the first person experience a lot smoother.

Using this with the Run in camp mod too!
Quick question as i'm trying to do that on another game (KCD2), how did you manage to adjust speed with the mousewheel? :>
Thx buddy
And can this mod essentially be considered as a more advanced alternative to "Fast Walk Outside Camp"?
