This mod just simply gets rid of all things living and breathing, no more humans, no more animals, fish, etc.
Flies and moths still remain (unfortunately), wagons will still spawn albeit idly and trolleys as well as those big boats and trains still operate but you won't find anyone anywhere, only a few (but not many) skeletons, carcasses, houses, and structures of a civilization that once was. You may occasionally hear the calls of people and animals, but you will not find them, for they are not there.
This mod is more of an experience than any kind of an enhancement, enjoy walking around the empty towns in a sort of auto-phobic atmosphere.
