Please, don't ask me which textures belong to a certain horse.
I would like people to use this mod as intended, as an overhaul, therefore replacing all the horses in the game at once. So, I won't answer to comments asking for this kind of information.
Especially because, if I answer to one person, I would have to do the same with all the others and it would be super time consuming and stressful for me.
But, if you can't live without a horse from this mod, you can still use OpenIV to figure out which custom textures that horse uses. It's fairly simple to understand even if you never used it. Once you've installed it and had it set up, simply go to lml, then stream and open all the .ytd files (texture files) until you find the texture you're looking for (PS: I would take some pics of the horse ingame as it might be a bit hard figuring the markings out on the textures, especially if the horse you want has only simple markings such as socks or blazes).
I'll repeat myself but please try to use this mod as intended. If you like to customize your pool of horses, avoid overhauls and use single horses' mods.
But why you didn't said which is which? i don't want to use all the coats from here.
Too bad because these are nice coats but they are useless since you can't know which one is what, also i tried the metod using OpenIV to see which texture belongs but i still can't figured out the difference.
Maremmano* If you're talking about the Sandy Chestnut coat then it replaces one of the ultimate edition horses, either the Iron Grey Ardennes or the Reverse Dapple Thoroughbred.
Certain horses have invisible manes and/or tails, and this is the only mod I have that messes with the horses in any capacity. Any idea what could cause this, or how to fix it? Thanks, I love how unique the horses look, great job!
I had similar comments on my other overhaul mod. I want to understand what may cause this issue so, please answer these questions: 1. Are you using Online Content Unlocker by any chance? 2. Which manes and tails specifically are disappearing? (let me know which horses from the mod have a missing mane or tail, if you can) 3. This may seem like a random thing but, if you spawn the online horse Norfolk Roadster Piebald Roan, does it have missing mane and/or tail? 4. What happens if you do the same with one of the gypsy cobs?

I also confirmed that the issue was not just for spawned ones. If theres anything else you think might help, feel free to ask!
I think I might have found the issue! Maybe? I had stopped using online content unlocker prior to posting before, because somewhere it was causing issues (I forget after all this time), but off of a hunch I readded it, and the horses are all complete! Don't know what this means, but I thought you would be interested to know anyhow!
Maybe i am doing a risky question, but i fall in love with your Calico Tobiano Mustang skin... It is possible to know wich one is of all the skins you put in the file?... I was cleaning all my steam folder and only want to keep the most i like it, and yours is in #1 place... Really thanks for your work

Hi! I love your mod and all the coats are really pretty! I hope you don't mind me asking but if you can remember what .ymt is the Starry Grey Cross horse? :) And does he have any .ytds I need to also add to stream folder to get him to work? I would like to use him in my current playthrough !
couple of months late but: i'm not rea, but i had to same question and figured it out! the starry grey cross's ymt is the white arabian (arabian_white) that you find up near lake Isabella! unfortunately, i have no clue about the ytd part of your question, since i'm using the whole mod :^
Are these horses in the wild, being ridden by NPC's and also at the stables? Also, if you have a mod like Rampage which allows you to spawn a horse will the two mods cause problems?
This mod replaces every vanilla horse in the game so yeah, npc, shop and wild horses. Rampage won't cause problems ^^ If there were conflicts I would've reported them in the description
How do you tell which YMT files go with which YTD files? Say I want to add some of the horses to my game such as horses in the wild and NPC horses but I want to keep the gang horses vanilla.
