Fixed the file. Somehow it was broken and I never realized it being broken.

Plus, Now NPC's won't fall forward everytime when they get shot

This alternative version will cause NPC's to go lifeless when getting shot in the head

This version makes NPC's drop when shot on the head (reverted back to V1.4 with further improvements)

This removes the ability for NPC's to balance when they get shot in the head. Throwing knives may still cause NPC's to balance for a couple of seconds
