This makes everything in the game Low. Also if you get a black screen in fullscreen with these settings use windowed borderless or if you have any issues tell me at the Comments
 
To use this you need to copy all of it until there is the text   <videoCardDescription> and go to your Config File in C:\Users\(PC name)\Documents\Rockstar Games\Red Dead Redemption 2\Settings\system.ini Then delete all until there is the text <videoCardDescription>  and paste the text you just copied then Save! then you done it, I will make a video soon maybe
