   I think the only problem I really have with Epilogue John is the hair style and maybe the clothes, it isn't that big of a deal since you can just mod it on pc but still.

      the biggest problem in the epilogue is that john doesn't have his own hairstyle, in my opinion

   That’s because John’s epilogue body is a modified version of Arthur beta model

      If you look closely you can see that the clothes don't have the same texture and as you have already seen they don't have the same body type either, so I think it doesn't matter if john is a modified version of arthur since you don't notice that while playing the game
