    I used a sepia filter in this set, black and white in the last one. I'd be interested to hear your thoughts on one or the other. Also on the antique photo filter used in this group.

    I remember this scene in a YouTube playthrough. The poor guy xD The filter does make it seem older.

      It's a good game, but I have to admit that without the youtubes or walktrhoughs, I wouldn't be able to complete some of the missions. I was really stuck on a treasure map last night. Yeah, a hand drawn sketch of some rocks and an X. I think I'll stick with the sepia for now. I've been looking at some free antique photo overlays (scratches and spots) today.

      Thanks. Most of these were from cut-away videos, so the resolution is better. They do the cut-away scenes with a letter box vignette -- something I don't care for. So, I cropped that and added the "frame" plus the scratchy old antique look.

    OUCH Great set. These very much looked like stills from an old movie. Starring - no less- Chuck Norris.......... Yeah - the first picture had me thinking "Interesting - they put Chuck N in a video game"

      True. There is a good resemblance to Chuck Norris.  His voice sounds a little like Tommy Lee Jones to me. And the characters dialogue sounds like it was lifted from Lonesome Dove by Larry McMurtry. There is a TV "mini-series" of the book in which Tommy Lee and Robert Duval star.

      Oh, it's OK. Bill sterilized the shears on the fire first. But yeah, it's always better to have two eggs in the nest.

    I remember this scenario and thinking, "You are not . . . ?!"  Thankfully, they didn't.   I like both the mediums you used, although this set definitely gives me the old time daguerreotype/ambrotype/tintype impression the most.

      While threatening Kieran, Dutch says something like: "Well, you know that during the Roman Empire, it was a common practice. And eunuchs were all contented, happy people."
      I did most of these pictures with post-processing filters. I have played with the in-game filters a bit. I'll be experimenting with them more.
