      you need to change FixInvertOptionForMouseCover to true in the ini file.

   I went to https://github.com/ThirteenAG/Ultimate-ASI-Loader/releases/tag/v8.2.0, downloaded Ultimate-ASI-Loader.zip (later I tried x64 too) which contents only 1 file - dinput8.dll. put it in my RDR folder with RDR.MouseFix.asi and RDR.MouseFix.ini, and nothing changed. bug with inversion still remain.
   What I did wrong...?

      as it turns out I should have had FixInvertOptionForMouseCover change to true in the ini file.

      yes i'd use the script though as that fixes cover sens being slower as well
