   Yeah there's too many safeguards nowadays especially with modernized re-releases to prevent what would have been possible had RDR1 been a PC release as it should have been from the start. Then again, that was a different time and all the rage was consoles. I myself have not used a console since 2003 and most likely never will again unless they can be integrated with PCs physically, which is kind of against the whole console idea anyways. Eventually, even over a decade later, a game will be released on PC and I'll play it for the sake of having done so and enjoying the experience as I am now. There may be a way to manipulate the files to allow what you want but I'm not modder, I'm a hardware guy who relies on and thanks those who do the hard and beautiful work that makes my favorite game so much better. Mass Effect trilogy and even Andromeda, which was a dud at release, is a fully  functioning part of the ME Universe now because of the tens of thousands of hours modders put into making it a game worth playing - not just once, but all 4 for me about 7 times different playstyles.

   Not working buddy.... "A hardware graphics adapter with support for D3D_FEATURE_LEVEL11_0 is required". This mod doens't bypass the Directx12 that the game forces you to play....
