      You need to install ReShade, make sure to select all the effects then you need to put the reshade preset in the game directory and choose it from the menu after you run the game.

      Sorry for the late reply, it drops like 15 fps wouldn't recommend for low end pc 
      My gpu is Rtx 2060

   A mighty fine mod, sir!  This mod adds atmosphere galore and is my favorite so far. I disabled the DOF, but that's a matter of personal taste.
