Adds barrel smoke effect to all player weapons.

In the base game gun smoke is only emitted from NPC weapons.
This mod tries to recreate a similar effect for the player.
This currently replaces the bullet trail effect.
-Installation:
Use MagicRDR and place the files in the following directories:
rdr2.fx > game\tune_d11generic.rpf\tune\settings
base_shotgun.weap > game\tune_d11generic.rpf\tune\settings\weapons
Note: If you use ultimate asi loader (e.g you have reality redemption installed), then the files should go into the "update" directory.
