real analogues - Ford Model T 1911 - 72 km/h or 45 mph and truck Minerva Armored Car - 40 km/h or 25 mph, By the way, a horse in a sprint runs at a speed of about 65 km, here's a guide for you and adjust the speed of the car and truck in accordance with real canons many people would be grateful
my man, this is really good howhever, this is just too fast and too furious for me and the other mod avalable here in nexus is too slow. is there a way to make a release with a speed variation?
open the vehicle files with notepad and u can change the values to anything u like. The files that control speed for the cars and trucks have vehsim in the names, adjust "MaxHorsePower" and anything else u like, u won't break anything and might even find some good results!
I edited these "MaxHorsePower" parameters using notepad, setting the value to 10,000 instead of the original 168, and didn't seem to notice any difference. Are you absolutely sure that this parameter is responsible for the car's speed? By the way, here are the names of the files in which the adjustments were made: car01x.vehsim and armoredcar01x.vehsim. Were these the right files or did I choose the wrong ones?
I'm using Reality Redemption and it adds a "update" folder and inside it there is a tune_d11generic.rpf, so now the game has 2 tune_d11generic.rpf, one in Reality Redemption's "update" folder and the tune_d11generic.rpf in the "game" folder, where should I install the files to?
After installing this mod, game gives me access violation error on load. I have already installed the other vehicle mod before this one tho, so maybe it somehow conflicts with this one.
The issue appears to be the input_car.xml file. I have the other one, from the mod that was posted earlier, and it doesn't cause any issues and mod works just fine if I don't replace it with your file. They have the same contents (at least it seems so when I open them in the default WIndows 11 notepad), but still, the file you provided causes error for some reason.
The mod is great btw, makes the traveling more fun
you can actually leave that file out, the input one is still a mystery to me but I still mess with it when I do vehicles. its never crashed my game though
