      No this save doesnt if you game is doing that with this u must have some mod thats messing it up bc ive beat the game with this before

      nope its all good i think its the ones that have max money and such as on those ones you don't get wanted or anything this ones clean though

   Hey, I don't know how saves work in this game. This is a normal mode save, I renamed it to the hardcore mode save, and game works just fine and it says I'm playing a hardcore mode. Is this only visual, and the game won't be any different from normal mode or not? Idk how to test it

      if you switched it to a hardcore save then yes its a hardcore mod save now and its not a visual mod it comes with all weapons and outfits unlocked + all outfits unlocked and starts right after the bonne starting missions
