Right after the Bonnie tutorial missions
All outfits unlock other than the US outfits but the challenges are unlocked for the US marshal just make it to Mexico and the hideouts will become available
All guns/weapons are unlocked

MAKE SURE TO BACKUP YOUR SAVES BEFORE INSTALLING
Install path Documents > Rockstar Games > Red Dead Redemption > Profiles > 2E0670D3
Just drag an drop the document titled RDR2SAVE1.SAV from this into that folder click replace if you get the prompt and then all finished!
