      Just need to update its "Date modified" attribute.  Create a new .bat file in the PAKS directory, with one line in it:
      
      copy /b DATA2.MoreSubsystems.PAK +,,
      Run the .bat (double click) and that will update the date modified to make it work.

      @Senmitsuya : Late answer but no, you build it, you click and run it, it build changes for you. No program is going to call on that bat file afterwards so you can delete it once it has done its job.
      tldr: Call it whatever you want, it doesn't matter.

   how do you install this on the epic game store version? i tried unpacking it in the PAKS folder and nothing happened

   Does this affect the Rasputin? As far as I can tell, with this mod on, I still only have 4 slots on her.

   Question. Let's say I have the Blackgate. Can I stack a components abilities? For instance can I increase the range of torpedoes exceptionally. 25% range increase + another 25%. I want to be people to take out targets the moment I see them instead of them coming in and getting close to me.

      No! Only 1 of each component. this mod only increases the number of components you can have. It does not change their behavior in any other way.
