I really like the idea of this map, but I would strongly suggest using more hard walls in stead of windows. The AI will shoot at you from very deep inside the store through the windows, and there is no way to approach without getting shot at. Most supermarkets, at least that I've seen IRL, don't have nearly that much glass, if any windows at all other than the glass door for entry. Perhaps replace the glass along the sides and most of the front with a solid wall. If you do that, I think this map would be excellent.
I agree with the OP. It's not just that the AI can "see" you, it's that you can't see them until it's too late. For example, the AI in the office in the corner really has eagle eyes. He can see you through the venetian blinds at very sharp angles and you can't see him AT ALL to even fire back.
