      Are you kidding me. Why would this be locked behind Supporter's Edition. To my knowledge, not even SE accounts have access to this since 1.0.

      there is no rule. XD what are you on about? even then that rule wouldnt apply to mod makers lets say in china. I mean my man is based in russia... why is he following a stupid rule that was set by an irish company? its not illegal. especially since this is no longer offered by default to supporter edition accounts.

    Could you make a mod that brings back the FBI shield and gas mask?

      the shield is still in the game, minus the FBI text.
      The mask is now just the Marshalls gas mask from COYOTE.

      The FISA stuff looks good though.
      The devs took creative liberty and made their own variants of real-world agencies. Games do that a lot.
