      @RedLegs13B I downloaded and checked the mod shortly after i wrote my question to just try myself and the game didnt crash. Does it work for you?

      Mod no longer works for any of us. Vests just appear Tan no matter what uniform mod anyone tries that requires "vest retexture fix".

   It says it's a pak file, yet when i go to downloads to open it it says it's a 7z file, any reason for this?

      All files I'm aware of on the Nexus sites are in a compressed format. Unzip it and the pak file is inside.

      ... You use 7zip to uncompress the files to get the PAK files. . .

      The fact this needs to be explained is ridiculous and exhausting. One google search and you've got an in-depth explanation.
      
      Download WinRar or 7z from their official website (just google it and stop being a baby)
      Install it.
      Download the mod.
      Right click the mod and select 'Extract files here'
      Put the extracted .pak file into the Contents folder of the game.
      
      And finally, figure this stuff out yourselves. It's quite literally basic for owning and operating a home computer.

      pretty sure everyone tried that, the mod download does not give you the option to extract it .

      to be honest using 7z is something many people dont do because normal people compile their files into a normal .zip file

   06/September/2023 not working anymore, I tried it with multiple reskin mods and the vest (and some items on the vest) is not colored properly

    Never mind about it not working, downloaded it through vortex and it worked
