    The rar file doesn't work when I drag it into the paks folder; I still end up having the base SR 16. Am I missing a step or could this be just a bug.

      You actually have to extract the PAK file from the RAR and put the PAK file into the PAKS folder...

      How i have a few of these weapon mods but non of them work after being dropped into the pak folder and i am clueless

      You need to have WinRAR installed on your device to be able to open .rar files. You should be able to easily find the WinRAR website by just searching up WinRAR. If you want a direct link, use win-rar.com

    For anyone who is downloading it and it wont appear in-game, I realized that I downloaded the Mr.Jacket version, but THIS VERSION ONLY WORKS if you have Mrjackets mod that renames all guns to their REAL NAMES. If you don't have the real name mod, just download the regular version of this mod NOT the compatibility version. This worked for me, hoped this helped?!
