Replaces voicelines with lines from the standard SWAT unit from PAYDAY 2.
Found a fuckton of new voice files, almost everything should be good now.
Added a few more lines for various scenarios, such as reporting multiple suspects, reporting a clear room, and added a some very basic command lines. I could maybe add a few lines together in sequence to make breach > flash > clear lines, but I honestly can't be bothered. Maybe in future. Tell me if there are any problems or if there's anything you want in the posts section. Enjoy.
