    Tempted to ask for a 110-115° version to make it easier to close doors without exposing yourself as much, particularly when under fire, but I worry about those numbers making the change negligible to the default 90°.

    Thanks for 150 version. Does it also take 1 kick to open? Or its just a normal version.

      No prob, it is just the normal version although can post a 2nd one to finish it off a tad. I haven't really been working on doing specific values for this mod as ive been doing mostly weapon stuff now, if anyone would like to change the values its in the DoorDataTable file, but not a big job so i'll do any requests still ofc

    This is actually very helpful; it's silly that someone had to create this instead of the game developers correcting it themselves, and for that you're awesome!

    I've used the original CQ_Doors for so long with the bother of 165 degrees being too wide, and the non-compatibility with the doorkickers mod.

    Suddenly, this madman appears out of nowhere and releases a fix to BOTH issues in one go. Mad kudos!

    Does anybody know if this works with the door kicker mod?

    I'm not too sure if it conflicts or if I just need to change the load order. Any help on this would be appreciated.

      It doesn't unfortunately. I just tested every possible combination of mods and load orders, but it does work with the other door mods as stated by Offline088. It's really tough to give up my love of kicking doors in though.

      Hmm weird thats my bad it shouldnt overlap with that although it might since the changes are in the same file.  would be easy enough to make a version that it only takes 1 kick for each door so kinda the same thing, i can publish a version later tonight since i do get annoyed breaking my legs all the time lol.

  9. going through each map and making sure each door works how it should would be GODS work. it would add so much variability and replayability without you even realizing it. theres a mod called one-way doors (https://www.nexusmods.com/readyornot/mods/4930). if you could somehow create one ultimate door recalcification mod where you include the proper angles and direction (if you can see hinges the door it should open towards you) of each door on every map then youd have one of the best quality of life mods on here. i would also be forced to send you money lol

    this game need a recalcification of everything: walls, guns, doors, bullets, stairs, organs, armor, physics, ect. everything is so off but no one seems to care because the game lets them win 99% of the time.

      Im definitely gonna try and do that! One little issue ive found is lots of them just go by "generic wood door" etc so i don't think i could fix as many as i would hope, but theres still a good amount that are map and location specific like the garage doors on twisted nerve are each seperate and on their own for example. I actually haven't used the one way door mod yet but i will test it out thats a good idea i didnt even think about the direction they open lol, it should be compatible since i only changed the amount they open nothing related to direction.  It might take a little bit to change everything since ive never tried making any mods before, it took a bit to figure out everything😭 wasn't expecting to make any money from this im happy to make stuff as it is so i would feel pretty wrong taking anything, thank u tho man all the feedback is appreciated enough😌

      And i agree 100%, theres alot of stuff that needs to be re done or added still without the need to mod it in.

      you can use tappy for opening doors towards yourself and choose how much you open it with mouse scroll. all keys are customizable

       Oh yeah i forgot that mod does that!  It shouldnt conflict with tappy so that might work well together, i'll check it out today and update the description if there are any conflicts/issues
    4. theres also a breaching shotgun realification mod called "gunfighter the doors module" (https://www.nexusmods.com/readyornot/mods/4329) but it conflicts with tappy pretty badly. they work together it just makes the angle for tappy inputs like .2 degrees instead of like 10 degrees. the mod just makes it so when you shoot a door with a breaching shotgun it doesnt swing the door open.

      i understand why its doing that but it would be cool to figure out how to get those two working together, along with the rest. maybe there is an easy way but im just too inept at computers

      Try changing the pakchunk number for tappy to 98, i tried it out and that seems to fix it!
